This feeder is very well-made. I love the tray which is easy to remove for refilling. We have a bear in the neighborhood lately, so at night I can just bring the tray indoors so its not a target for the bear. This feeder is worth every penny.
Mr Bird Flaming Hot is “my go to” bird food for all seasons. Birds love it! Squirrels leave it alone!
I have several different types of feeders in my yard including “squirrel proof” feeders.
However the only TRUE SQUIRREL PROOF feeder is Mr Birds Flaming Hot Feast Wild Bird Seed Cylinder! The regular seed cylinders get overwhelmed with squirrels, so now I only order the Flaming Hot variety. It’s a bit more expensive but it lasts a long time and keeps the squirrels away!
