JCs Wildlife Information on Refunds, Damages, and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges The consumer may return any new, unopened, and unused items sold and fulfilled by JCs Wildlife within 30 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund of the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping. All refunds require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to the consumer upon contacting us by email. If the consumer returns the item without a Return Authorization Number, the return will not be processed. The consumer should expect to receive their refund within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned package.
Damaged and Defective If an item purchased by the consumer is defective then it is the consumer responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is up to JCs Wildlife discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of the returned package. At our discretion, replacement parts may be provided rather than an entire item exchange.
Shipping Charges If an item is non-defective or not damaged, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. These charges will be deducted from the amount of the customer refund. Defective or damaged items will require the customer to pay for the return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, JCsWildlife will verify damage or defect and refund shipping cost to customer if appropriate.
Cancellations A customer who wishes to cancel an order is required to contact JCs Wildlife immediately. Cancellations are not guaranteed. If the consumer contacts JCs Wildlife before the item has been processed, then the order can be cancelled and the consumer will not incur any charges. If the consumer contacts JCs Wildlife after the order has been processed, the consumer will be unable to cancel the order. The consumer will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping if the consumer wishes to return the item.
PLEASE NOTE: If the item is not returned to the warehouse, then no refunds or replacements will be issued. The consumer has 30 days once the return authorization number is provided to return the unwanted item back to JCs Wildlife warehouse. If the consumer does not return the item within the given timeframe, then the return will be voided. A return will not be reauthorized or processed once the 30 days have passed.
