I have ordered from this company for almost 2 years now and have been so pleased with the product. The birds that come to eat from the cakes are the most beautiful birds I’ve ever seen. On my last shipment it wasn’t double boxed as it usually is and the cakes were crushed. I reached out to customer service to let them know this and they have been so kind and have actually ordered another shipment to come to me at no charge. I have been so very pleased with JC’s Wildlife product that I can’t wait for my birds to eat a little faster than normal so I can order more product. Their customer service is outstanding. Inadvertently I was shipped an incorrect item and CS jumped on the issue immediately. They gave me credit for the item that I did order and told me that I should keep the item that was shipped incorrectly for my inconvenience- what more can you ask. Very thrilled that I found them.
