Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available only to qualified retailers, resellers, and distributors. JCS Wildlife reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at its sole discretion.
Minimum Order Requirements

Opening Order:
- Drop ship orders.
- Stores: minimum order of 500
- Stores minimum order of 1,500
- Orders below the minimum may be declined or subject to a handling fee.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale customers.
JCS Wildlife reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Orders are billed at prices in effect on the date of shipment.
Payment Terms
Approved payment methods include:
- Credit Card
- ACH
Net terms (if approved):
- Net 30
- Past due balances may result in suspension of future shipments.
Late payments may be assessed interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Orders ship FOB Evansville, Indiana.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup.
Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon arrival and report damage directly to the carrier.
Freight Claims
Visible damage must be noted with the carrier upon delivery.
Shortages or concealed damage must be reported within five (5) business days.
Returns
Returns require prior authorization (RMA).
Returns may be accepted within 15 days of purchase for unused merchandise in original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom products
- Special-order items
- Clearance items
- Seasonal products (unless defective)
- Bird seed, corn, or perishable items.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Defective Merchandise
Defective products should be reported promptly with photos and proof of purchase.
JCS Wildlife will determine whether replacement, repair, or credit is appropriate.
MAP (Minimum Advertised Price)
Retailers agree not to advertise products below JCS Wildlife's published MAP pricing.
Violation of the MAP policy may result in suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.
Retailers agree to follow all MAP pricing on all vendor's products. Examples of this are Brome and Aspect.
Online Marketplace Sales
Without written permission, retailers may not sell JCS Wildlife products on:
- Amazon
- Walmart Marketplace
- eBay
- Etsy
- Temu
- AliExpress
- Other third-party marketplaces
Approved retailers may sell only through locations specifically authorized by JCS Wildlife.
Website Sales
Retailers may sell products on their own branded website provided product descriptions remain accurate and branding is not altered.
Product Images & Content
JCS Wildlife grants retailers a limited, revocable license to use approved product images, descriptions, and logos solely for promoting JCS Wildlife products.
All intellectual property remains the property of JCS Wildlife.
Brand Representation
Retailers agree not to:
- Modify product packaging.
- Remove branding.
- Make false or misleading claims.
- Use JCS Wildlife trademarks in a misleading manner.
Warranty
Products are covered only by JCS Wildlife's published warranty, if applicable.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of Liability
JCS Wildlife shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of its products.
Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected products.
Tax Exemption
Wholesale customers are responsible for providing valid resale certificates before tax-exempt purchases can be processed.
Account Suspension
JCS Wildlife may suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for:
- Non-payment
- MAP violations
- Unauthorized marketplace sales
- Fraudulent activity
- Misrepresentation of the brands
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Updates
JCS Wildlife reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued purchasing after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Agreement
By placing a wholesale order, signing a dealer application, or maintaining a wholesale account, the retailer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
