Product is excellent. Customer Service rep was wonderful after a couple of missteps with original order not being delivered and replacement order only containing two suet cakes instead of ten. Customer service rep refunded 20% of original order and shipped a full replacement order to make up for the problems. She was insistent on making things right and she did. Thank you so much for your prompt attention and great customer service!

The birds love these seed cylinders. We have one in our yard and put two outside my mother-in-law's window at her assisted living facility. They attract a wide variety of birds.
